We SHINE for ourselves and each other with kindness

At Brize Norton School, the children are at the very centre of all we do. We are a small school with a big heart and believe in building strong relationships with everyone in our community. Our goal is to equip our young people with the knowledge, the skills, the right mindset and the heart to thrive whilst they are with us and continue to flourish long after.

Our motto is SHINE ...

S - strive to persevere to achieve our goals

H - help to make things possible for one another

I - inspire to influence and guide those around us

N - nurture to care, protect and have compassion

E - excel to be the best that we can be

These five principles are felt in the fabric of our school, taught through our curriculum and fostered through our interactions. Our aim is for everybody in our school and wider community to have the opportunity to SHINE.  This was recognised within our latest Ofsted, 2024, 'The strong ethos of, ‘We SHINE for ourselves and each other,’ underpins the work of the school.'
